崗位描述Position Description: The Academic Administrator is responsible for teaching scheduling, exam scheduling, course registration counselling, academic contests management, etc. The academic administrator plays an active and supportive role in helping SCUPI faculties and students.
主要職責(zé)Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 協(xié)助教學(xué)副院長(zhǎng)完成課程及考試安排等教學(xué)運(yùn)行相關(guān)工作;管理學(xué)院教學(xué)平臺(tái);完成學(xué)校教務(wù)處布置的相關(guān)工作; Carry out tasks assigned by the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, including but not limited to course and exam scheduling, and Blackboard management. Also, comply with tasks assigned by the Academic Affairs Office of Sichuan University. 2.大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃、中國(guó)國(guó)際大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新大賽、學(xué)科競(jìng)賽等各類項(xiàng)目/競(jìng)賽的協(xié)調(diào)及管理,包括組織競(jìng)賽宣講、報(bào)名、答辯等工作; Coordinate academic contests, including but not limited to the College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program and the China International College Students' Innovation Competition. Responsibilities include organizing contest workshops, managing sign-ups, and overseeing project defenses. 3. 提供學(xué)術(shù)咨詢服務(wù); Provide counseling services for students on curriculum, exam, and other academic affairs-related issues. 4.與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員一同協(xié)作執(zhí)行特別項(xiàng)目。 Collaborate with other team members on special projects.
任職要求
1. 碩士研究生學(xué)歷,理工科及擁有英語(yǔ)國(guó)家求學(xué)或工作/實(shí)習(xí)背景者優(yōu)先 Master's degree, science and engineering background, oversea diploma or working/intern experience from an English-speaking country preferred. 2. 優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)溝通及寫作能力 High level of English proficiency in communication and writing. 3. 擁有1-3年教育咨詢工作/實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 1-3 years of experience in educational counseling is a plus. 4. 渴望在一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的、快節(jié)奏的、以目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向的、多元化的環(huán)境中工作 Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, goal-oriented, and diverse environment. 5. 優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作及創(chuàng)新能力 Possess strong teamwork skills and be open to exploring new ideas and approaches.
