1、遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺踐行新時代科學(xué)家精神； Adhere to the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, uphold the highest standards of scientific ethics, and embody the spirit of the modern scientist. 2、年齡不超過40歲； Age not exceeding 40 years. 3、具有博士學(xué)位； Have a doctorate degree. 4、研究方向主要為自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等； Primary research focus in natural sciences or engineering technology. 5、在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求； Hold a formal teaching or research position at an overseas university, research institution, or corporate R&D department, with at least 36 consecutive months of work experience. For those who have obtained a PhD overseas and demonstrated exceptional achievements, the work experience requirement may be relaxed accordingly. 6、取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?br>Have achieved research or technological outcomes recognized by peers in the field and demonstrate the potential to become a leading scholar or outstanding talent in the area of expertise. 7、申請人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年。 The applicant has not yet begun full-time employment in China.
