1.Design and deliver effective and engaging English language courses for Academic Purposes and IELTS to undergraduates (10-16 regular teaching hours per week). 為本科生開設優(yōu)質的學術英語課程和雅思考試輔導（每周10-16個常規(guī)課時）。 2.Develop lesson plans, materials, and assessments that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual students. 制定符合課程并滿足學生個性化需求的課程計劃、學習材料和評估方案。 3.Check students’ assignments and provide regular feedback to students and maintain accurate records of their progress. 檢查學生的作業(yè)并定期向學生提供反饋，并準確記錄學生的學習進度。 4.Flexible office hours are required to offer extra tutorials to students in need (6-10 classroom hours per week). 辦公室時間：為有需要的學生提供額外的輔導（每周 6-10 課時）。 5.Organize and participate in extracurricular English learning activities for students. 組織并參與學生的課外英語學習活動。 6.Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. 參加部門會議和職業(yè)發(fā)展活動，以提高教學技能和知識水平。 7.Other post-related responsibilities. 其他崗位相關職責。
任職要求
1.No Criminal Record. Shall abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. 無犯罪記錄。 應遵守中華人民共和國的法律法規(guī)。 2.Proficient native English speaker from a recognized English-speaking country (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.). 來自公認的英語國家（美國、英國、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭等）的精通英語母語者。 3.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English, Linguistics, or related fields. Applicants who have received undergraduate education in English-speaking countries, regardless of major, are welcome to apply. 教育、英語、語言學或相關領域的學士或更高學位。在英語國家接受本科教育的應聘者，專業(yè)可不作限制。 4.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA certification or equivalent. 取得TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA 認證或同等教學資格。 5.Minimum of 2 years of university teaching experience (experience in teaching EAP or IELTS preferred). Exceptional candidates who meet the qualifications stated in the previous criteria may have the teaching experience requirement relaxed. 至少 2 年的大學教學經(jīng)驗（有EAP或雅思教學經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先）。特別優(yōu)秀者且滿足上述第4條教學資格的應聘者，可放寬教學經(jīng)驗相關條件。 6.Familiarity with the latest teaching methods and technologies. 熟悉最新的教學法和教學技術。
