一、學(xué)校簡介 General Information

上海大學(xué)是上海市屬的綜合性研究型大學(xué)，是教育部與上海市人民政府共建高校，是國家“211工程”重點建設(shè)高校、上海市高水平地方大學(xué)建設(shè)高校，是國家“雙一流”建設(shè)高校。

Shanghai University is a comprehensive research-oriented university in Shanghai. It is a jointly established institution by the Ministry of Education and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. SHU presently has 20 centers for post-doctoral studies, 28 first-class disciplines doctor’s degree conferring programs, 9 doctor stations for inter-disciplines, 45 first-class disciplines master’s degree conferring programs, 1 second-class disciplines master’s conferring programs (not covering first-class disciplines), 23 master degree categories and 101 undergraduate majors; it boasts a complete range of disciplines, covering Philosophy, Economics, Law, Literature, History, Engineering, Management, and Arts.

二、崗位條件 Qualifications and Requirements

基本條件 Basic Qualifications

1．遵紀守法，恪守職業(yè)道德，具有嚴謹?shù)膶W(xué)術(shù)作風(fēng)和良好的團隊協(xié)作精神。

2．具有全日制博士學(xué)位，身心健康，能夠正常履職。

3．符合學(xué)校和學(xué)科發(fā)展需求，具備講授本學(xué)科核心課程的能力，以及突出的科學(xué)研究能力。

a. Abide by laws and regulations, adhere to professional ethics, possess a rigorous academic style, and have a strong team spirit.

b. Hold a full-time doctoral degree, be in good physical and mental health, and be able to perform duties normally.

c. Meet the needs of the university and discipline development, possess the ability to teach core courses in the discipline, and demonstrate outstanding scientific research capabilities.

崗位要求 Specific Requirements

1．學(xué)科領(lǐng)軍人才

（1）在海內(nèi)外知名院校、科研院所、企業(yè)研發(fā)機構(gòu)從事教學(xué)、科研、技術(shù)工作并有副教授及以上或相當(dāng)學(xué)術(shù)資歷，學(xué)術(shù)成果突出，在本專業(yè)領(lǐng)域具有重要影響力。

（2）能夠把握學(xué)科發(fā)展方向，具有帶領(lǐng)和組織團隊開展有組織科研的能力。

（3）年齡一般不超過50周歲，特別優(yōu)秀的年齡可適當(dāng)放寬。

1. Discipline Leader

a. Engaged in teaching, research, or technical work at well-known domestic or overseas universities, research institutes, or corporate R&D institutions, with at least associate professor or equivalent academic qualifications. The candidate should have outstanding academic achievements and significant influence in their field.

b. Capable of grasping the development direction of the discipline and leading and organizing teams to conduct organized research.

c. Generally, applicants should be no older than 50; however, there may be some flexibility for exceptionally outstanding candidates.

2．學(xué)科拔尖人才

（1）在海內(nèi)外知名院校、科研院所、企業(yè)研發(fā)機構(gòu)從事教學(xué)、科研、技術(shù)工作并有高級崗位經(jīng)歷或相當(dāng)學(xué)術(shù)資歷，取得同行認可的基礎(chǔ)研究、技術(shù)研發(fā)等創(chuàng)新性成果。

（2）具有成為本領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或領(lǐng)軍人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿?，具備較強的科研組織能力、團隊協(xié)作精神。

（3）年齡一般不超過45周歲，特別優(yōu)秀的年齡可適當(dāng)放寬。

2 Top-notch Discipline Talent

a. Engaged in teaching, research, or technical work at well-known domestic or overseas universities, research institutes, or corporate R&D institutions, with senior position experience or equivalent academic qualifications. The candidate should have achieved innovative outcomes in fundamental research, technology development, or similar areas that are recognized by peers.

b. Possess the potential to become an academic leader or leading talent in the field, demonstrating strong research organization capabilities and team spirit.

c. Generally, applicants should be no older than 45; however, there may be some flexibility for exceptionally outstanding candidates.

3．青年創(chuàng)新人才

（1）能夠準確把握本領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)動態(tài)和發(fā)展方向，主持參與過基礎(chǔ)性、創(chuàng)新型、前瞻性研究課題，取得過同行認可的基礎(chǔ)研究、技術(shù)研發(fā)等創(chuàng)新性成果。

（2）具備爭取和承擔(dān)國家基礎(chǔ)研究、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新任務(wù)的能力，作為學(xué)術(shù)骨干能與本領(lǐng)域海內(nèi)外相關(guān)機構(gòu)開展富有成效的合作研究。

（3）年齡一般不超過35周歲，特別優(yōu)秀的年齡可適當(dāng)放寬。

3. Young Innovative Talent

a. Capable of accurately grasping the academic trends and development direction of the field, having participated in or led fundamental, innovative, and forward-looking research projects, and having achieved innovative outcomes in fundamental research or technology development that are recognized by peers.

b. Possess the ability to compete for and undertake research and technological innovation tasks. As an academic backbone, collaborate effectively with relevant domestic and overseas institutions in the field.

c. Generally, applicants should be no older than 35; however, there may be some flexibility for exceptionally outstanding candidates.

4．優(yōu)秀博士后

（1）系統(tǒng)掌握本領(lǐng)域基礎(chǔ)理論知識，具有獨立開展科研工作的能力。能夠準確把握本領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)動態(tài)和發(fā)展方向，取得過同行認可的基礎(chǔ)研究、技術(shù)研發(fā)等創(chuàng)新性成果。

（2）具有良好的學(xué)術(shù)背景，較強的創(chuàng)新活力和學(xué)術(shù)潛能。

（3）年齡一般在35周歲以下，且獲得博士學(xué)位一般不超過3年，應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生優(yōu)先。

4. Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellows

a. Possess a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental theoretical knowledge in their field and the ability to conduct scientific research independently.  Capable of accurately grasping the academic trends and development direction of the field, having achieved innovative outcomes in fundamental research or technology development that are recognized by peers.

b. Have a solid academic background, innovative vitality, and academic potential.

c. Generally, applicants should be under 35 years and have obtained their doctoral degree no more than 3 years prior. Recent graduates will be given priority.

三、待遇保障 Remuneration and Benefits

學(xué)科領(lǐng)軍人才 Discipline Leader

（1）入選者聘任正高級專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)。

（2）薪酬待遇按照不低于70萬元，一次性生活補貼、購房補貼等共計不低于300萬元。

（3）科研啟動經(jīng)費：理工科200萬元，人文社科類100萬元。協(xié)助申請本市高水平學(xué)科建設(shè)經(jīng)費400-600萬元。

（4）可獨立組建科研團隊，學(xué)校在團隊建設(shè)中給予政策傾斜。優(yōu)先作為負責(zé)人推薦申報上海市團隊建設(shè)經(jīng)費1000萬元。

（5）協(xié)助申請國家和地方人才計劃、落戶、子女入學(xué)等事宜,可租住學(xué)校人才公寓。

（6）享受五險三金（職業(yè)年金、住房公積金、補充住房公積金）、公派交流訪問、帶薪休假、年度體檢、療休養(yǎng)等福利。

a. Successful candidates will be appointed to senior professional technical positions.

b. Remuneration package will be no less than RMB 700,000, with housing subsidies of at least RMB 3,000,000.

c. Research start-up funding: RMB 2,000,000 for science and engineering disciplines, RMB 1,000,000 for humanities and social sciences. Assistance will be provided in applying for Shanghai high-level discipline construction funds ranging from RMB 4,000,000 to 6,000,000.

d. Candidates can independently establish a research team, with the university providing policy support for team development. Priority will be given to recommending the candidate as the team leader for applying for RMB 10,000,000 in Shanghai Innovation Team funding.

e. Assistance will be provided in applying for national and local talent programs, household registration, children’s school enrollment, and other matters. Candidates may rent a university talent apartment.

f. Enjoy benefits such as the “five insurances and three funds” (occupational pension, housing provident fund, supplementary housing provident fund), sponsored exchange visits, paid leave, annual health check-ups, and recuperative care.

學(xué)科拔尖人才 Top-notch Discipline Talent

c. Research start-up funding: RMB 1,000,000 for science and engineering disciplines, RMB 500,000 for humanities and social sciences.

d. Assistance in applying for national and local talent recognition, household registration, children’s school enrollment, and other matters. Candidates may rent a university talent apartment.

e. Enjoy benefits such as the “five insurances and three funds” (occupational pension, housing provident fund, supplementary housing provident fund), sponsored exchange visits, paid leave, annual health check-ups, and recuperative care.

青年創(chuàng)新人才 Young Innovative Talent

（1）入選者聘任副高級專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)、特聘研究員或副研究員崗位。

（2）薪酬待遇按照不低于35萬元，一次性生活補貼、購房補貼等共計不低于100萬元。

（3）科研啟動經(jīng)費：理工科30-50萬元，人文社科類15-30萬元。

（4）協(xié)助申請國家和地方人才認定、落戶、子女入學(xué)等事宜,可租住學(xué)校人才公寓。

（5）享受五險三金（職業(yè)年金、住房公積金、補充住房公積金）、公派交流訪問、帶薪休假、年度體檢、療休養(yǎng)等福利。

a. Successful candidates will be appointed to special researcher or associate researcher positions.

b. Remuneration package will be no less than RMB 350,000, with housing subsidies of at least RMB 350,000.

c. Assistance in applying for national and local talent recognition, household registration, children’s school enrollment, and other matters. Candidates may rent a university talent apartment.

d. Enjoy benefits such as the “five insurances and three funds” (occupational pension, housing provident fund, supplementary housing provident fund), sponsored exchange visits, paid leave, annual health check-ups, and recuperative care.

優(yōu)秀博士后人員 Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellows

（1）協(xié)助申請上海市超級博士后計劃和國家博士后創(chuàng)新人才計劃，年薪30-60萬元。

（2）在站期間可申請副高級專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)任職資格評審，通過者優(yōu)先推薦留校工作，入校后可按高級專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)聘任。

（3）可租住學(xué)校人才公寓，在站期間享受2萬元/年的租房補貼。享受五險二金、帶薪休假、年度體檢、療休養(yǎng)等福利。協(xié)助安排子女入學(xué)、入托事宜。

a. Assistance in applying for the Shanghai Super Postdoctoral Program and the National Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Program, with an annual salary of RMB 300,000 to 600,000.

b. During the postdoctoral fellowship, candidates can apply for the evaluation of associate senior professional technical positions. Those who pass the evaluation will be given priority for staying and working at the university, and they can be appointed to senior professional technical positions upon entering the university.

c. Candidates may rent a university talent apartment, with an annual housing allowance of RMB 20,000 during the fellowship period.  They will enjoy benefits such as five insurances and two funds, paid leave, annual health check-ups, recuperative care, etc. Assistance will be provided with arrangements for children’s school enrollment and childcare.
