Shandong University, or SDU – under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education – is a key comprehensive university with a long and honorable history, a broad variety of disciplines, strong academic strength and distinctive characteristics, which has had a great influence both at home and abroad. Shandong University has developed by leaps and bounds in recent years. SDU boasts 26 State-level research platforms, four key social science research bases approved by the Ministry of Education, 51 ministerial level platforms and more than 150 provincial key laboratories and provincial engineering technology research centers.  At present, 18 subjects have been listed in the top one percent of subjects in the Essential Science Indicators (ESI), an index showing the competitiveness of a subject published by the Institute for Scientific Information. In addition, five of the university’s subjects – chemistry, engineering, material sciences, clinical medicine, pharmacology and toxicology – were listed in the top 1‰ in the ESI rankings.

01.    # 學(xué)院簡介 #School of Management

歷經(jīng)幾代學(xué)人耕耘與付出，山東大學(xué)管理學(xué)院已經(jīng)擁有完整的辦學(xué)體系、優(yōu)秀的師資隊(duì)伍、一流的教學(xué)品質(zhì)、顯著的科研成績。學(xué)院目前擁有工商管理、管理科學(xué)與工程2個(gè)一級(jí)學(xué)科，設(shè)有戰(zhàn)略與創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力與組織管理、市場營銷學(xué)、公司財(cái)務(wù)學(xué)、會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)、文化與旅游學(xué)、項(xiàng)目管理與工業(yè)工程、信息系統(tǒng)與供應(yīng)鏈管理8個(gè)系，并設(shè)立山東省公司治理研究中心、山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)管理研究基地、山東省人才發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究院、山東大學(xué)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)研究院等高水平研究機(jī)構(gòu)，形成了貫通“本碩博”一體的多學(xué)科交叉人才培養(yǎng)體系。

Through tireless efforts of generations of faculty members and students, the School of Management has established a complete school system, an excellent faculty, first-class teaching quality, and remarkable research achievements. Currently, the School includes 2 first-class disciplines (Business Administration, Management Science and Engineering), 8 departments (Strategy and Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Organizational Management, Marketing, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Culture and Tourism, Project Management and Industrial Engineering, Information System and Supply Chain Management), as well as high-level research institutions like Shandong Institute of Talent Development Strategy, Shandong University Corporate Governance Research Center, and Shandong University Tourism Industry Research Institute, forming a teaching system for interdisciplinary talents that integrates bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees.

02.    # 項(xiàng)目簡介 #Program Positioning

優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓勵(lì)在自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績的海外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國（來華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究，促進(jìn)青年科學(xué)技術(shù)人才的快速成長，培養(yǎng)一批有望進(jìn)入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)骨干，為科技強(qiáng)國建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。

The Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) aims to attract and encourage outstanding young scholars from overseas (including non-Chinese foreign talents) who have made achievements in natural science, engineering and technology to return to China and carry out innovative research in their own choice of research direction, promote the rapid growth of young scientific and technological talents, cultivate a number of outstanding academic backbones who are expected to reach the frontier of science and technology in the world, and contribute to building national strength in science and technology.

03.    # 支持待遇 #Remuneration and Support

1. 具有競爭力的薪酬：基礎(chǔ)年薪不低于75萬元（全口徑薪酬），綜合收入上不封頂。

Competitive salary: with basic annual pay 750,000 RMB, and uncapped comprehensive income are available.

2. 充足的科研經(jīng)費(fèi)保障：300-700萬元（含國家和省撥經(jīng)費(fèi)）。

Funds for research development: about 3 to 7 million RMB, including funding from the national government.

3. 優(yōu)良的工作和生活條件：提供安家250萬元（免稅）；另可申報(bào)博士后留濟(jì)、留青工作補(bǔ)貼25萬元。

Decent working and living conditions: 2,500,000 RMB (tax-free) is given for your family settling. Another 250,000 RMB can be declared as subsidy for postdoctoral students who work in Jinan and Qingdao.

4. 更多支持條件：首聘期前三年每年由學(xué)校單列保障一個(gè)博士研究生指標(biāo)；學(xué)校根據(jù)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)需要提供足額博士后指標(biāo)，其中首聘期內(nèi)可提供不少于1個(gè)重點(diǎn)資助類博士后指標(biāo)；首聘期內(nèi)可免費(fèi)入住人才公寓。

Other supporting conditions: for the first three years of the first employment period, a doctoral student indicator will be guaranteed; enough postdoctoral indicators will be provided according to the needs of team building, with no less than 1 key funded postdoctoral indicator during the first employment period; the talent apartment is provided for free during the first employment period.

04.    # 申報(bào)條件 #Application Qualifications

1. 遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神；

2. 出生日期在1984年1月1日（含）以后；

3. 具有博士學(xué)位；

4. 研究方向主要為管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)等相關(guān)學(xué)科；

5. 在2023年4月15日前，一般應(yīng)在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求；

6. 取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/span>

7. 申請(qǐng)人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或者2022年1月1日以后回國（來華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年。

限項(xiàng)要求：

執(zhí)行中央有關(guān)部門關(guān)于國家科技人才計(jì)劃統(tǒng)籌銜接的要求。同層次國家科技人才計(jì)劃支持期內(nèi)只能承擔(dān)一項(xiàng)，不能逆層次申請(qǐng)。

Applicants of Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) should met the following conditions:

(1) Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era;

(2) Have a date of birth after September 1, 1984;

(3) Has a doctorate degree;

(4) The research direction is mainly Management, Economy etc. ;

(5) Before April 15, 2023, the applicant should have obtained a formal teaching or research position in an overseas university, scientific research institution, or corporate research and development institution, and have more than 36 months of continuous work experience; for those who have obtained a doctorate degree overseas and have particularly outstanding performance, the limitation of work experience may be appropriately relaxed;

(6) The applicant shall have obtained the achievement of scientific research or technology and other achievements recognized by peer experts, and have the development potential of becoming an academic leader or outstanding talent in related field;

(7) The applicant has not yet returned to work in China (to China) on a full-time basis, or returned (came) to work in China after Jan，3, 2022. The applicant must resign from the overseas work or have no work overseas after being notified of the grant of funding and return (come) to work in China full-time for at least 3 years.

Requirements for limited programs

(1) The Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) implements the requirements of limited programs of the Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars in the National Natural Science Fund Guide to Programs 2021.

(2) Those who applied for or are undertaking the Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars in the current year are not allowed to apply for Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas).

(Ps: The above conditions are based on the guidelines of NSFC Excellent Young Scholars Fund (Overseas) in 2023, the specific qualifications shall be subject to NSFC's guidelines for this program issued in 2024.）
