現(xiàn)因工作需要，病原菌定量基因組學(xué)研究組公開招聘研究助理1人。入職后將在課題組長指導(dǎo)下，參與國家重點研發(fā)計劃，開展大腸桿菌、艱難梭菌等移植后繼發(fā)感染重要病原菌的起源、遺傳學(xué)特征和入侵機(jī)制研究。
Our Group is currently recruiting oneResearch Assistantdue to the requirements of our work. The selected candidatewill work under the guidance of the group leader, participating in a MOSTproject. The research will focus on the origin, genetic characteristics, and invasion mechanisms of important pathogens such as Escherichia coliandClostridioides difficile, which cause post-transplantation secondary infections.

1）工作內(nèi)容：
1.從臨床樣本中分離、培養(yǎng)病原細(xì)菌和DNA提??；
Isolation and cultivation of pathogenic bacteria and DNA extraction from clinical samples;
2.基于病原細(xì)菌的高通量測序數(shù)據(jù)，開展生物信息學(xué)、基因組學(xué)和分子流行病學(xué)分析和研究；
Conduct bioinformatics, genomics, and molecular epidemiology analysis and research based on high-throughput sequencing data of pathogenic bacteria;
3.協(xié)助課題組長完成其他科研相關(guān)工作。
Assist the group leader in completing other related research tasks.
2）應(yīng)聘條件：
1.具有微生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、流行病學(xué)等生物醫(yī)學(xué)類本科或碩士學(xué)歷學(xué)位；
Bachelor's or Master's degree in biomedical disciplines such as microbiology, molecular biology, or epidemiology;
2.具備細(xì)菌分離培養(yǎng)等實驗技能，具有臨床微生物學(xué)或生物信息學(xué)背景者優(yōu)先；
Proficiency in experimental skills such as bacterial isolation and cultivation, with preference given to those with backgrounds in clinical microbiology or bioinformatics;
3.具備良好的英文閱讀和書寫能力；
Proficiency in English reading and writing;
4.為人誠信，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)踏實，富有較強的獨立工作能力、責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊合作精神。
