35-45周歲，臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)或與之相關(guān)專業(yè)博士研究生學(xué)歷，正高級(jí)或副高級(jí)專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)，博士生導(dǎo)師或優(yōu)秀的碩士生導(dǎo)師，具備卓越的專業(yè)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。特別優(yōu)秀的，年齡可適當(dāng)放寬。
四、 崗位要求
①消化內(nèi)科醫(yī)學(xué)部研究所所長(zhǎng)：內(nèi)科學(xué)專業(yè)，主持過(guò)國(guó)家級(jí)科研課題，產(chǎn)出有一定影響力的創(chuàng)新研究成果，學(xué)術(shù)造詣深厚，掌握本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)前沿知識(shí)，在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域具有較大學(xué)術(shù)影響力和較高知名度，能夠帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)較好地完成教學(xué)研究任務(wù)，國(guó)家杰青、優(yōu)青對(duì)象優(yōu)先。
②皮膚科主任：牽頭承擔(dān)或作為核心成員參與至少1項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目，近5年內(nèi)發(fā)表本領(lǐng)域高水平論文不少于5篇，SCI影響因子累計(jì)不低于20分。在國(guó)內(nèi)外專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)組織擔(dān)任重要職務(wù)或曾受邀在國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)高水平學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上作大會(huì)報(bào)告。在人才培養(yǎng)、學(xué)術(shù)研究方面取得國(guó)內(nèi)外公認(rèn)的標(biāo)志性重大成就。長(zhǎng)期在臨床一線開(kāi)展醫(yī)療服務(wù)，在探索疾病發(fā)生機(jī)理和臨床診療技術(shù)方法等方面取得標(biāo)志性成果。具備團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和學(xué)科帶頭人視野，在知名三甲醫(yī)院擔(dān)任科室主任或副主任任職經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。
五、 資格審查
根據(jù)招聘條件和崗位需求，對(duì)應(yīng)聘人員基本信息進(jìn)行審核，應(yīng)聘者需對(duì)提供材料的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)，凡提供虛假信息、偽造相關(guān)材料者取消應(yīng)聘資格，已辦理錄用手續(xù)的取消錄用。應(yīng)聘者本人承擔(dān)由此產(chǎn)生的一切后果。
六、 面試及錄用
通過(guò)資格審查人員將安排參加面試評(píng)審，具體時(shí)間地點(diǎn)另行通知。根據(jù)面試結(jié)果確定擬錄用人選并安排體檢、政審和心理測(cè)試。擬錄用人員情況將在一中心平臺(tái)網(wǎng)站公示，公示無(wú)異議的按有關(guān)規(guī)定辦理接收手續(xù)。

①特招入伍：以專業(yè)技術(shù)軍官身份從地方人才中引進(jìn)。
②直接引進(jìn)文職人員：以文職人員身份從地方或退役軍人中引進(jìn)。
③合同引進(jìn)：以社會(huì)聘用人員身份從地方人才中引進(jìn)。
④軍隊(duì)內(nèi)部選調(diào)：軍隊(duì)人員可作為特殊人才進(jìn)行工作調(diào)動(dòng)。

Basic Requirements

Director of Dermatology
l Leading/core investigatorin at least one national-level research project.

l Invited as keynote speaker in impactful conferences in related field.
l Significantor internationally recognized achievements in clinical practice or basic research.
l Priority to department head/deputy in top-tier hospitals.
