一、四川大學(xué)簡介
四川大學(xué)是教育部直屬全國重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，是國家布局在中國西部的重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的高水平研究型綜合大學(xué)，是國家“雙一流”建設(shè)高校（A類）。 四川大學(xué)地處中國歷史文化名城——“天府之國”成都，有望江、華西和江安三個(gè)校區(qū)，占地面積7050畝，校舍建筑面積281.66萬平方米。 學(xué)校正與眉山市合作共建四川大學(xué)眉山校區(qū)。 校園環(huán)境幽雅，文化底蘊(yùn)濃郁，是讀書治學(xué)的理想園地。
Sichuan University is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, a high-level research-oriented comprehensive university prioritized for development in China's western region, and a Class A institution under China's "Double First-Class" Initiative. Located in Chengdu, a renowned historical and cultural city known as the "Land of Abundance," the university comprises three campuses—Wangjiang, Huaxi, and Jiang'an—covering an area of 7,050 mu (approximately 470 hectares) with a total floor space of 2.8166 million square meters. The university is currently collaborating with Meishan City to establish the Sichuan University Meishan Campus. With its serene environment and rich cultural heritage, the campus provides an ideal setting for academic pursuits.
二、四川大學(xué)藝術(shù)學(xué)院簡介
四川大學(xué)藝術(shù)學(xué)院現(xiàn)有藝術(shù)學(xué)、設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)、美術(shù)與書法3個(gè)一級學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)和藝術(shù)學(xué)博士后科研流動(dòng)站。學(xué)院秉持“發(fā)揮綜合優(yōu)勢，崇尚人文精神，倡導(dǎo)藝術(shù)創(chuàng)新，培養(yǎng)一流人才”的辦學(xué)理念，堅(jiān)持藝術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)、藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作與藝術(shù)研究并重的辦學(xué)思路，依托多學(xué)科的支撐，立足西南、面向全國，以創(chuàng)建國內(nèi)綜合大學(xué)一流藝術(shù)學(xué)院和培養(yǎng)具有創(chuàng)新精神、創(chuàng)造能力的高素質(zhì)藝術(shù)人才為學(xué)院的辦學(xué)目標(biāo)。
The College of Arts, Sichuan University has three first-level doctoral degree programs in Art Studies, Design Studies, and Fine Arts & Calligraphy, along with a postdoctoral research station in Art Studies.Guided by the educational philosophy of "leveraging multidisciplinary strengths, upholding humanistic spirit, promoting artistic innovation, and cultivating top-tier talent," the college adheres to an approach that equally emphasizes artistic talent development, creative practice, and academic research. 三、招收條件
1、年齡在35周歲及以下；
2、博士學(xué)位；
3、身體健康；
4、申請人進(jìn)站后須全職來我院從事博士后研究工作，聘期結(jié)束時(shí)須達(dá)到博士后出站要求；
5、符合我校流動(dòng)站的其他招收條件。
Recruitment Requirements
1.Age:35 years or younger.
2.Education:Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent).
3.Health: In good physical condition.
4.Employment Commitment:The applicant must engage in full-time postdoctoral research at our institute and meet the postdoctoral completion requirements by the end of the appointment period.
5.Additional Criteria:Must satisfy other recruitment conditions set by the university’s postdoctoral research station.
四、相關(guān)待遇及政策
1、參照學(xué)校相關(guān)文件執(zhí)行，可根據(jù)博士后資歷、學(xué)術(shù)水平、急需程度等條件合理浮動(dòng)；獲批中國博士后科學(xué)基金、四川省相關(guān)人才計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目者，享受額外資助。按規(guī)定發(fā)放四川省、成都市博士后生活補(bǔ)助；
2、支持申報(bào)各類博士后人才計(jì)劃、基金或博士后專項(xiàng)；
3、聘期結(jié)束后，條件優(yōu)秀者可競聘學(xué)院相應(yīng)崗位；
4、其他相關(guān)待遇一人一議。
Compensation and Benefits
Salary & Funding:
Compensation will be determined in accordance with university policies, with adjustments based on the candidate’s postdoctoral qualifications, academic achievements, anddisciplinary priorities.
Additional funding will be granted to those awarded the China Postdoctoral Science Fund or Sichuan Province Talent Programs.
Eligible candidates will receive living allowances from Sichuan Province and Chengdu Municipality as per regulations.
Career Development Support:
Supports applications for various postdoctoral talent programs, grants, or special projects.
Post-Appointment Opportunities:
Outstanding candidates may compete for faculty positions at the school upon completion of the postdoctoral term.
Other Benefits:
Additional terms are negotiable on a case-by-case basis.
五、招收程序
全年招收博士后研究人員，隨時(shí)接收報(bào)名并組織考察遴選。
1、申請人將應(yīng)聘材料（個(gè)人簡歷+學(xué)術(shù)成果證明材料）發(fā)送至學(xué)院的聯(lián)系郵箱（詳見“聯(lián)系及咨詢方式”）；
2、應(yīng)聘人員通過四川大學(xué)人才招聘網(wǎng)站在線應(yīng)聘，填寫個(gè)人應(yīng)聘申請；注冊時(shí)請?zhí)峁?zhǔn)確的個(gè)人信息，因個(gè)人信息不實(shí)造成的后果由應(yīng)聘者本人承擔(dān)；
3、學(xué)校人事處進(jìn)行資格初審；
4、單位招聘工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組對初審?fù)ㄟ^的應(yīng)聘人員進(jìn)行甄選，確定參加面試人員名單；
5、單位招聘工作小組、相關(guān)部處人員對候選人進(jìn)行面試，黨政聯(lián)席會擇優(yōu)確定擬聘人員；
6、擬聘人員進(jìn)行體檢、公示，無異議后上報(bào)學(xué)校；
擬聘人員報(bào)學(xué)校審批，審批通過后轉(zhuǎn)移檔案、簽訂博士后培養(yǎng)協(xié)議、辦理進(jìn)站/報(bào)到手續(xù)。
Recruitment Process
Year-round recruitment of postdoctoral researchers with rolling admissions and structured evaluation processes.
1.Application Submission:
Applicants must submit the following materials to the school's designated email (see Contact Information for details):
Curriculum Vitae (CV);
Proof of academic achievements (publications, projects, awards, etc.) .
2.Online Application:
Candidates must apply online via Sichuan University’s Talent Recruitment Portal and complete the personal application form.
Important: Provide accurate personal information during registration. Any consequences arising from false information shall be borne by the applicant.
3.Preliminary Review:
The university’s Human Resources Department conducts an initial qualification review.
4.Shortlisting:
The college’s recruitment committee evaluates preliminarily qualified candidates and selects interviewees.
5.Interview & Selection:
A panel comprising the recruitment committee and relevant university departments conducts interviews.
The college’s Executive and Party Committee Joint Meeting determines the final candidate(s) based on merit.
6.Post-Selection Formalities:
Selected candidates undergo:
Medical examination;
Public announcement (no objections allowed).
The proposed candidate will be submitted to the university for approval. Upon approval, the personnel file will be transferred, the postdoctoral training agreement will be signed, and the station entry/registration procedures will be completed.
