We are seeking Specialist of AMC (Admissions, Marketing and Communication) Department The main responsibilities include -Executing recruitment and outreaching strategies to achieve enrolment goals -Providing prospective students with detailed information about program offerings, entry requirements, and application deadlines -Frequently travel to attend recruitment fairs, events, and school visits -Planning and coordinating the logistics of recruitment activities, including travel arrangements and event organization -Being available for occasional evening and weekend work -Managing and maintaining recruitment databases and leading generation tools to ensure accurate records -Assisting in preparing materials for marketing and recruitment purposes -Maintaining accurate student records and ensuring all related documentation is up-to-date -Monitoring admissions trends and prepare reports to support decision-making -Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Required Education -Bachelor’s degree or above Required Experience -2-5 years of work experience. -Experience in the education industry is preferred -Admissions experience in an international or bilingual school is an advantage -Marketing or sales experience an extra bonus Required Skills and Abilities -Strong communication skills, responsible, efficient, detail-oriented, and customer-focused -Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software -Familiarity with modern technology and social media platforms -Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team -Fluent in spoken and written English -Fluent German is an extra bonus
