二、實驗室介紹
Rinkevich實驗室致力于研究組織再生、傷口修復(fù)及干細胞譜系行為的核心機制。我們采用跨學(xué)科研究方法,從整體生物體層面到單細胞層面,運用尖端小鼠遺傳學(xué)技術(shù)、多色"彩虹"嵌合體模型、先進成像技術(shù)、流式細胞術(shù)及單細胞組學(xué)技術(shù),深入探索組織/器官如何從單一干細胞實現(xiàn)再生,以及慢性傷口、器官纖維化等適應(yīng)不良性傷口修復(fù)的臨床基礎(chǔ)機制。實驗室的使命是將基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)化為促進修復(fù)與再生的臨床應(yīng)用。我們的工作兼具基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)價值、臨床意義及進化生物學(xué)啟示,研究成果已發(fā)表于Nature、Science、Nature Cell Biology、Nature Immunology、Science Translational Medicine等國際頂尖期刊(部分列舉)。

一、科研助理Molecular Biology Technician
科研助理應(yīng)具有扎實的分子生物學(xué)背景,熟練掌握與分子生物學(xué)相關(guān)的實驗室技術(shù),包括但不限于DNA/RNA修飾、轉(zhuǎn)化、克?。êY選和擴增)、CRISPR/Cas-9技術(shù)、shRNA、質(zhì)粒構(gòu)建、piggy-back系統(tǒng)、動物轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)以及重組蛋白表達等。有細胞培養(yǎng)、分化及體外實驗操作經(jīng)驗等經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。此外,要求應(yīng)聘者具備對科研細節(jié)的高度關(guān)注,同時擁有出色的英語語言能力,以在國際化的科研環(huán)境中有效交流與合作。
01、科研助理Technician Positionin Regenerative Biology and Marine Models
1)崗位職責(zé)
本崗位招聘1名科研助理,主要負責(zé)實驗室中水生及海洋模式生物系統(tǒng)的日常維護管理工作,以支持實驗室在組織再生生物學(xué)方面的科學(xué)研究。
2)任職要求
1.生物學(xué)、海洋生物學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位;
2.具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力;
3.有斑馬魚或其他水生/海洋模式生物實驗經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮;
4.熟悉水生動物飼養(yǎng)管理及實驗室日常運作者優(yōu)先。
02、博士后——“組織再生的生物物理機制”方向
本實驗室現(xiàn)面向在理論、計算、建?;?qū)嶒炆镂锢韺W(xué)領(lǐng)域獲得博士學(xué)位的優(yōu)秀人才招聘博士后,歡迎對運用相分離、生物分子凝聚體、相變和膠體物理學(xué)等生物物理基本原理研究生物系統(tǒng)與組織再生感興趣的學(xué)者加入。
博士后研究員將與細胞生物學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)及再生醫(yī)學(xué)研究人員緊密合作,建立連接生物物理現(xiàn)象與組織層面效應(yīng)的整合性理論與實驗框架。特別鼓勵具有軟物質(zhì)物理、活性物質(zhì)、生物系統(tǒng)物理建模或介觀尺度模擬研究背景的候選人申請。

ABOUT YUVAL LAB
The Rinkevich lab investigates fundamental mechanisms of tissue regeneration, wound repair, and stem cell lineage behavior. Our multidisciplinary approach spans from the level of whole organisms to that of single cells, using state-of-the-art mouse genetics, multicolor “Rainbow” and Tetrachimera models, advanced imaging, flow cytometry, and single-cell omics to pursue diverse questions on how tissues/organs regenerate from single stem cells, and what underlies the clinical basis of maladaptive wound repair such as chronic wounds, and organ fibrosis. Our mission is to leverage our basic findings for enhanced repair and regeneration. Our work therefore carries both basic, clinical & evolutionary implications, and has been published in Nature, Science, Nature Cell Biology, Nature Immunology, and Science Translational Medicine journals (to name a few).

Open Positions
Molecular Biology Technician
A position is available for a highly skilled Molecular Biology Technician. We wish to identify fundamental cellular and molecular principles of tissue/organ regeneration, and develop a knowledge basis for therapeutic strategies in clinical use.
Candidates should ideally have a strong background in molecular biology approaches including state-of-the-art DNA/RNA modifications, transformations, cloning including selection and propagation, CRISPR/Cas-9 technology, shRNA, plasmid and construct generation, piggy-back systems, animal transgenesis, recombinant protein expression vectors into bacterial or yeast expression systems. Candidates with additional experience in cell culture and maintenance, cell differentiation, and performing in vitro assays will be given preference. Soft skill includes strong attention to details and excellent communication skills in English language.
Technician Position in Regenerative
Biology and Marine Models
We are seeking a Technical Assistant (TA) to support the daily maintenance and care of aquatic and marine model systems used in regenerative biology research. This position plays a key role in maintaining the health and stability of our in-lab marine models, which are essential to ongoing scientific investigations.
Qualifications
a. Master's degree in Biology, Marine Biology, or related field.
b. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
c. Experience with zebrafish or other aquatic/marine species is a strong plus.
d. Familiarity with aquatic animal husbandry and facility operations.
Postdoctoral Positions in ‘Biophysical
Mechanisms of Tissue Regeneration’
Positions are available for outstanding and motivated individuals with Ph.D. degrees in theoretical, computational, modeling, or experimental biophysics, who are interested in applying fundamental biophysical principles—such as phase separation, biomolecular condensates, phase transitions, and colloidal physics—to biological systems and tissue regeneration.
The postdoc will collaborate closely with cell biologists, geneticists, and regenerative medicine researchers to develop integrative theoretical and experimental frameworks that connect biophysical phenomena with tissue-level outcomes. Candidates with training in soft matter physics, active matter, physical modeling of biological systems, or mesoscale simulations are especially encouraged to apply.
Main Responsibilities
a. Independently carry out or participate in laboratory research projects.
b. Assist the principal investigator (PI) in supervising graduate students.
Qualifications
a. Hold a Ph.D. degree in biophysics, soft matter, theoretical/computational physics, or a related discipline.
b. Have published research as first author in respected journals.
c. Demonstrate the ability to independently conduct research, supervise students, and maintain scientific rigor.
d. Experience in simulations, modeling, or physical analysis of biological systems is preferred.
e. Strong proficiency in English, including fluent oral communication and academic writing skills.
