Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Assist the supervisor to provide supports to the Deans, including: schedule and travel arrangements, signatures, reimbursement; organization and follow-up of important meetings; preparation of relevant materials and documents;
2.Implement brand promotion strategies, including content creation, media outreach, and digital campaigns to enhance institutional visibility, event coordination and provide comprehensive administrative support.
3.Assist the supervisor in providing care and support to faculty members, including coordination of resources, management of vendors, and budget planning, among other responsibilities.
4.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1.A bachelor’s degree or higher, at least 3 years of extensive administrative or relevant work experience.
2.Strong service-oriented spirit and good communication skills, detail-oriented execution.
3.Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong initiative, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
4.High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong familiarity with essential office software tools.
5.Anticipated to commence work promptly upon confirmation.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of Shenzhen Loop Area Institute, and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable to the PRC. The appointee will be based in Shenzhen, PRC.
