【Position Summary】
We are seeking Specialist Senior of Administrative Affairs.
The main responsibilities include
(1) Administrative Support
-Assisting the Department Head in formulating annual work plans, summaries, and regulations for the General Affairs Office, and supervise the implementation of key tasks.
-Handling daily administrative tasks for the General Affairs Office, including meeting organization, document drafting, information reporting, and archive management.
-Following up on special assignments from higher-level authorities or the university, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure execution.
-Assisting in handling complaints, inquiries, and emergencies, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
(2) Coordination and Communication
-Coordinating workflows between internal divisions of the General Affairs Office (e.g., logistics, asset management,
infrastructure construction, property management) to ensure efficiency.
-Collaborating with other university departments (e.g., finance, auditing, security) to manage cross-departmental initiatives.
(3) Project Management and Supervision
-Assisting the Head in overseeing the progress and quality of all General Affairs-related projects
-Participating in project feasibility studies, proposal reviews, and acceptance evaluations for General Affairs-related initiatives.
-Monitoring compliance of outsourced logistics service providers and propose improvement recommendations.
Other responsibilities include
-Assisting the Head in team building, staff training, and performance evaluations.
-Completing other tasks assigned by supervisors.
【Qualifications】
Required Education and Experience
-Master’s Degree or higher in Public Administration, Management, Engineering Management or related field.
-Nearly 3-year working experience of current position.

Preferred Experience and Skills
-English Fluency (TOEFL 90/ IELTS 6.5 Above)
-Proactively finishing tasks efficiently and precisely
-Maintaining the good relationships with others
-Awareness of coaching subordinates within the department
-Fully understanding JD
-Better understanding the whole tasks of the department.
-Basically understanding the knowledge of HR&FIN at BiUH.
