Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Technical Specialist / Manager for our Autonomous Driving Laboratory, with responsibilities including:
?Planning and building the autonomous driving lab platform, including software and hardware selection, equipment procurement, and system integration
?Managing daily operations of the lab, including equipment maintenance, safety management, and budget control
?Assisting in the development and execution of research and technical projects related to autonomous driving
?Developing modules in sensor fusion, navigation and localization, path planning, and vehicle control, and supporting student or project teams in system integration and testing
?Promoting technical cooperation and joint R&D with universities, research institutions, and industry partners both domestically and internationally
?Supporting student research training and innovation activities, and guiding student teams in the implementation of competition projects
?Preparing documentation for research project applications and assisting in applying for government-funded or enterprise-sponsored projects
?Participating in intellectual property applications and technology transfer of lab research outcomes
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
?Master's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Control Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Computer Science, or related fields (PhD preferred)
?At least 2 years of engineering experience in autonomous driving or related fields; priority will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
o Development of autonomous driving systems (perception, localization, planning, control)
o End-to-end autonomous driving systems
o Multi-sensor fusion (e.g., IMU, UWB, GPS, cameras, LiDAR, etc.)
o Embedded system development, ROS applications, SLAM algorithms, path planning and trajectory tracking
?Proficient in at least one major programming language (e.g., C++, Python), with strong engineering implementation skills
?Strong project management and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently
?Experience in applying for and managing government or enterprise-funded research projects is preferred
?Good command of English reading and writing; ability to read technical literature and communicate in English is a plus

崗位職責
我們現(xiàn)招聘自動駕駛實驗室技術專員/負責人，主要職責包括：
?規(guī)劃并建設自動駕駛實驗平臺，包括軟硬件系統(tǒng)選型、設備采購與集成部署
?負責實驗室日常運營管理，包括設備維護、安全管理與預算執(zhí)行
?協(xié)助開展與自動駕駛相關的科研項目與技術開發(fā)
?搭建傳感器融合、定位導航、路徑規(guī)劃、車輛控制等技術模塊，并支持學生或項目團隊進行系統(tǒng)集成與驗證
?推動與國內(nèi)外高校、科研機構及企業(yè)的技術合作與聯(lián)合研發(fā)
?支持學生科研訓練和創(chuàng)新實踐活動，指導競賽項目落地實施
?撰寫項目申報材料，協(xié)助申請橫向或縱向科研項目
?參與實驗室科研成果的知識產(chǎn)權申報與產(chǎn)業(yè)轉化工作
任職要求
我們希望您具備以下條件：
?擁有車輛工程、控制工程、電子信息工程、人工智能、機器人、計算機等相關專業(yè)碩士及以上學歷（博士優(yōu)先）
?在自動駕駛相關領域具有2年及以上工程項目經(jīng)驗，具有以下之一者優(yōu)先：
o自動駕駛系統(tǒng)研發(fā)（感知、定位、規(guī)劃、控制）
o端到端的自動駕駛
o多傳感器融合（IMU、UWB、GPS、相機、激光雷達等）
o嵌入式系統(tǒng)開發(fā)、ROS 系統(tǒng)應用、SLAM算法、路徑規(guī)劃與軌跡跟蹤
?熟練使用至少一種主流開發(fā)語言（如 C++、Python），具有良好的工程實現(xiàn)能力
?有較強的項目管理與團隊協(xié)作能力，能獨立推進任務實施
?有橫向/縱向項目申報與管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
?英語讀寫能力良好，能閱讀英文技術文獻和進行技術交流優(yōu)先
